The role will be based at our Head Office in Old Trafford, Manchester.
Polish and English language skills are essential
The vacancy:-
Formal legal training is not necessary for this role, although an interest in working with the law in a call centre environment is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn and advance in their career, and must be flexible in their outlook.
The role is an interesting and varied customer facing position in offering front line client contact and support using latest technology and case management software. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals embarking on their legal career with good opportunities for progression. Occasional assistance offering on-site administration cover will be necessary.
Previous experience from legal/call centre/customer service environment is desirable, but not essential.
Duties:-
Working as part of our First Response team, your main duties will comprise:-
- Handling incoming calls from clients, third parties
- Deal with client instructions efficiently, taking responsibility for processing each enquiry through to a satisfactory conclusion
- Obtaining and verifying client information
- Transferring calls to relevant departments
Skills/Qualifications:-
- Applicants must have excellent typing, communication and organisational skills
- Applicants will have a personable/friendly manner and enjoy speaking with people
- Applicants must be computer literate, have a good eye for detail and be willing to work as part of a team often working under pressure
Full time positions require availability to work shift pattern between 8am-6pm
