Salary: £22,000 + market leading employee benefits

42 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm (overtime at x1.5 rate)

As a Vehicle Handover Specialist you will be key to achieving our objective of exceeding the customers’ expectations and ensuring all of our customers have a smooth and rememberable experience after the point of sale.

We are super excited to be looking for 2x Handover Specialists for our Glasgow Volvo dealership ahead of the increased number of Polestar deliveries in 2023.

As a Polestar Handover Specialist some of your responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

• Communicating with the customer between the sale agreement and delivery of the car

• Scheduling handover of vehicles to customers

• Providing the customer with a full introduction to the vehicle features and the Aftersales services we have available

• Close co-operation with the sales team, hosts, workshop and the admin department

• Confidently ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Key attributes and skills:

• Highly organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Has own initiative and self-motivated

• Outgoing, confident and enjoys interacting with customers and colleagues

• Strong team player

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word and Excel

• Has a full and valid UK driving Licence
