The Role
As a PMO Coordinator, you will be joining our Project Management Office (PMO) and be responsible for supporting our department in a variety of administrative and project management-related tasks.
You will be assisting the studio development director in planning, coordinating, and driving activities between our PMO, Project teams, Studio Leadership to ensure smooth rollout and improvement of studio initiatives.

Responsibilities
Department Support:
- Maintenance of PMO initiatives scrum board.
- Maintenance of the central studio confluence site as a wiki for central studio processes and PMO documentation.
- Maintenance of both our Milestone and Stage Gate delivery calendars.
- Assist the studio development director in co-ordination of studio initiatives
Project Support:
- Coordination of each project’s Milestone Submission, Review, and Assessment (checkpoints within a Development Phase).
- Assist in the organisation of each project’s Stage Gate Delivery, Review, and Assessment (greenlight junctures to the next Development Phase).
- Maintain an action tracker and report regular status updates for every milestone and stage gate against our studio projects.
Oversee and maintain our submission repositories to ensure artefacts are tracked, provided, and secured.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Keen interest in the games industry.
- Excellent excel skills with demonstrable ability in Microsoft project
- Capable of establishing rapport effectively across the organisation at all levels.
- Interpersonal team player, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid planning, organisation, and coordination skills.
- Being detail and deadline-orientated.
- Strong research and follow-through ability.
- Demonstrate knowledge of project management tools such as Atlassian’s Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
