PMO Analyst – Perm £45k - London – Banking
This is an excellent opportunity to join an international banking organisation as a PMO Analyst.
Joining a busy team who supply Service Desk duties to the Banks London end users, the bank is very much on the front foot and have gone through rapid and strong growth over the last 5 years.
This role is to join the centralised service desk team who have the responsibility of providing 1st line support for the EMEA offices along with responsibility for the escalation of calls to other business areas within an ITIL best practice environment.
You will have the autonomy to proactively own and manage user problems through the incident life cycle along with ensuring end user incidents are responded to and resolved in a fast professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing service level and master service agreement management; key performance & risk indicator reporting
- Reviewing and updating Master Services Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and Service Catalogues on a regular basis.
- Adhering to strict SLA's you will provide the business with 1st line support.
- User provisioning for Active Directory and over 100 bespoke business applications
- Assisting Project Leads by creating necessary artefacts and obtaining the relevant approvals doing this by working with groups such as Legal, Finance and Risk.
Key Skills
- Over 1 years experience within demonstrated project experience
- Strong numeracy skills
- Precise attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a process efficiency mind-set
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint & MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
