The role:

As a PMO Analyst, you will need to understand the day-to-day deliverables of the project, provide support and work closely and flexibly with the delivery team and wider Command centre team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support overall project and operations team in enablement of new project workforce

  • Be a clear link between different teams within the project ensuring actions are completed timely and efficiently

  • New Joiner assets & technical support

  • Managing Governance deliverables

  • Governance Meeting minutes and action tracking

  • Responsible for production and management of the RAID Log

  • Management & production of reporting requirements aligned to the statement of work

  • Assist with Client invoicing and submissions

  • Raising of PR/PO’s when required

  • Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level

  • Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed

  • Manage remote relationships and coordinate work between different teams

Experience & Qualifications:

  • PMO experience in a fast-paced environment required

  • Experience in developing and managing project reporting, tools and processes

  • Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills

  • Highly organised approach to work

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Flexible and adaptable working approach

  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills

  • A team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft office

  • SharePoint experience desirable
