PMO Analyst at RSA

Your Role
As a PMO analyst, you will manage the collection and distribution of information, provide programme and project management advice, and facilitate programme office activities.
You will need to build relationships with members of the programme and project teams in order to access information and ensure programme & project disciplines are maintained.
You will be a motivated, have strong written and data skills, and be able to influence others as well as maintaining effective working relationships with senior managers and business
About You
- Supporting the project delivery teams to ensure that changes comply with RSA standards and governance.
- Dissemination of standards to ensure that all programmes and projects are managed efficiently and are providing the correct level of reporting on performance against objectives, budgets and risks and issues.
- Support PM’s with the identification and maintenance of risk and issues. Monitor the quality of the RAID data and work with the PM’s to ensure corrective actions are in place.
- Organising the facilitation of programme and project management activities for programmes and projects to ensure adherence to relevant processes, controls and tools.
- Managing the collection, co-ordination, analysis and distribution of management information for programmes and projects to ensure the information required is available, accurate and on time.
- Support the management, development and maintenance of document libraries for projects and programmes to ensure that all documentation is signed off, baselined and change controlled.
- Support PMO quality assurance activities across the programme to ensure that they comply with relevant standards, procedures and policies.
- Support other team members with governing the financial controls and change management processes developed for project/programmme
