PMO Analyst, 6 month Contract, outside IR35, £450 a day, immediate start
My client is looking for a PMO Analyst to join our European Supply Chain Transformation Programme. The programme is already in flight and will deliver technology enabled improvements through an Inventory Management System implementation, a Warehouse Management System, optimised Delivery Models leveraging technology and process solutions, and a Centralised Analytics, Reporting and Data toolset providing near real-time information and all associated operating procedures and people change elements.
Primary responsibilities:
- Work with the PMO Manager to build out the PMO Governance Model, including the programme and project planning framework, Stage Gates and deliverables tracking.
- Provide analysis and insight to PMO Manager and Programme Director, including performance to plan, risks, issues and actions.
- Prepare reports for key stakeholder meetings including Programme Board, SteerCo, Business Transformation Office, Global Leadership Team.
- Govern key deliverable documents, ensuring version control.
- Drive high quality RAID management within each project and provide project assurance and consistency in reporting.
Desired skills:
- Relevant Project Management certification (Prince 2, PMP, AgilePM, MSP, P3O).
- Microsoft Project.
- Administration of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel.
- Proven track record of creating analysis, reporting and information to share the status and focus points for Projects and Programmes.
- Proven track record of working and liaising effectively with business users at various level of seniority.
