An exciting opportunity to be part of the small core team delivering to support the project management activity in CFO embedding of PMO methods, tools and best practices across all programmes/projects. As our PMO Analyst you’ll be part of the CFO Programme Management team, supporting the delivery of projects across the CFO area. The role will support the Project Manager in the operation of project governance, including organising meetings and working groups, preparation of project governance materials and capturing and tracking action logs.

- Organising the Programme Management Office, including scheduling and facilitating
- Monitoring and controlling programme finances on a day-to-day basis
- Maintaining the programme’s risks and issues log
- Sourcing and collating relevant information from business areas to enable development,
- Taking accountability for tracking mitigating activity by risk and issue owners
- Undertaking business analyst activities where necessary to support programme activities
What you’ll bring.
- Analytical skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with programme team members and stakeholders in order to support effective delivery of PMO responsibilities
It would also be nice for you to have.
- PMO and project management experience
- Experience on Santander procurement process and change governance
- Experience with project management tools - Wave and Planview
- Experience maintaining risk and issues registers, coordinating status reporting and producing programme MI
What else you need to know.
T his is an 18 month Fixed Term contract that will be based in our brand new state of the art offices in Milton Keynes. This role will also offer flexible working between home and the office.
