Working directly with our local teams and volunteers from around the world you will be representing, managing and promoting the PMGY brand across a number of social platforms online. We are looking for a standout and exceptional candidate for this position and a proven background in this area is essential.
Start Date – Flexible depending on candidate
Contract Length –Initial 6 month period (probationary period) with the option of a full time position after
Working Hours – Flexible and can be part time or full time role depending on candidate
Salary – Competitive and dependant on experience
Duties & Responsibilities -
- Managing and scheduling all social media channels, including TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Mailchimp and LinkedIn
- Create engaging and viral content that resonates with our audience
- Be the face of our TikTok account and platform
- Create monthly and ongoing Mailchimp campaigns and evaluating results
- Conceptualise and execute creative content ideas to increase our brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices to ensure we're always ahead of the game
- Monitor, respond and engage with comments and messages on our social accounts
- Develop and manage innovative channels/campaigns of encouraging and motivating participants to share and tag organic content they develop
- Travelling to our host destinations around the world to create and curate content for our social accounts
- Building and maintaining relationships with influencers online
- Engaging and coaching with partner teams overseas to drive content from local teams social media accounts and platforms
Essential Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the Instagram & TikTok platforms, trends, and best practices
- Super confident and creative on camera
- Proven experience as a creator, with a strong portfolio of successful content
- In-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
- Trusted to manage time and workload due to the remote nature of this position
- A passion for overseas volunteering and travel

Salary: £20,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
