As a result of business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumbing Remedial Engineer to join our expanding Plumbing department, based in the Greater London area - Travel will be a requirement of this role. You will be provided with a company vehicle to travel to a variety of different sites, completing remedial plumbing works to a high quality for our clients.

The Plumber is responsible for:

  • Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks
  • Carrying out water testing and control work when required including sampling
  • Working with Water Treatment Engineers to carry out tank disinfections
  • Effectively resolve problems at site level
  • Identifying and reporting non-compliances at client premises
  • Reporting on water system conditions to Account Managers
  • Supporting and assisting with the development of new plumbers and colleagues

To enable the Plumbing Department to deliver the SMS services to the customer, you will play an integral part in completing all plumbing tasks, as well dealing with clients on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to work safely and effectively in a team or as a lone worker
  • IT knowledge – to use iPad technology

There are some minimum requirements you will need to meet to be considered:

  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Disclosure and Barring Service clearance (DBS check)

We are looking for a Plumber with the flexibility to deliver high quality services. In return, we offer a competitive salary, 22 days of paid annual leave a year and opportunities to progress within the team or throughout the wider business.

Salary: Basic salary up to £28,000 per annum + Overtime + London Weighting Allowance - OTE £45,000 per annum.
