PLUMBING & HEATING ENGINEER REQUIRED
Due to an increased workload we are now actively seeking a Fully Qualified GasSafe Registered Plumbing & Heating Engineer to come and join our ever growing company to work on predominately New Build Housing projects and their aftercare.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Site Work installations – 1st Fix, Soil & Waste, 2nd Fix, Sanitary Ware, Testing & Commissioning.
- Attend emergency call outs as requested.
- Join the Out of Hours Call Out Rota - For in warranty properties only.
- Assist with the commissioning of domestic boilers.
- Carry out Gas Safety Checks and complete Landlord/Home Owner Gas Safety Certificates.
- Assist with Snagging as requested by the Contracts Managers.
- Provide feedback to IJC Contracts Managers regarding potential customer care issues.
Required Qualification, Skills and Experience:
- Ideally highly experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer - 5 years+ of plumbing experience minimum
- Full Driving License
- NVQ2 Plumbing or equivalent
- Active Skill Card / CSCS Card
- Experience in domestic heating installations, including boiler replacement, system upgrades, radiator valve replacement and heating controls
- Site based installations experience
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- GasSafe Registered - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1.
- Unvented Hot Water
- Water Regulations & Energy Efficiency
- Knowledge/Understanding of Underfloor Heating Systems.
- Knowledge/Understanding of Ventilation Systems
- Knowledge/Understanding of ASHP Systems.

Payment Type: Site Engineers are required work on a Price Work basis (Earn for works completed).
