JOB DESCRIPTION

I am currently recruiting for Multi Trader with a plumbing bias to join a council on a temp basis covering the North London area. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

Multi Trade Duties:
  • Carry out a range of plumbing, basic carpentry, basic tiling and wet trades, repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.

The Successful Multi Trader will be required to:
  • Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
  • Carry out works allocated by appointments
  • Have a valid UK Driving Licence

Pay Rate:
Temp - £24.92 Umbrella

Hours:
  • 36 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

You will be supplied with:
  • A van
  • Fuel card
  • PDA System
