Job description
Position: Plumber
Our company predominantly works in and around Sussex but we have an exciting vacancy for a full time plumber to work on a contract based in Woking.
The project is a large new site conversion from office to residential units. The work involves all first fix pipework for new flats, soil and waste pipes serving bathrooms and kitchens. First fix hot and cold pipework for bathrooms and kitchens. First fix heating pipework for combination boiler central heating system. Second fix of bathroom suites. Second fix on central heating system (excluding boiler unless candidate has gas safe qualification). Second fix kitchen plumbing.
There is also some maintenance work which the company covers, depending on skill sets this can be discussed.
The candidate will have an excellent quality of work, be able to work around other trades, as part of a close knit team atmosphere. Must be a clean and tidy worker and ensure they can work efficiently to timescales. Must be able to report back in a timely manner to Project Manager with work completion information and timesheets.
This position / work can also be undertaken on a self employed basis if preferred by the applicant.

The role is full time fixed term contract for the duration of the project (12-18 months). After completion there will be further opportunities available.
