We are seeking a candidate who is capable of performing physically demanding tasks and possesses excellent customer service skills. The EPAS Plumber will be responsible for the installation of Company products, maintenance, site surveys for installation, reactive callouts, achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction, and must be flexible to travel and work overtime.
Training and Development
There is ongoing internal training for all staff to update skills. We invest in staff development and encourage career progression and promotion from within.
As you will be dealing with fats, oils, and grease. You will be provided with full protective clothing, PPE, and hand creams.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of Company products.
- Site Surveys for installation
- Reactive callouts
- Achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Be flexible to travel and work overtime.
Qualifications and Skills
- Plumbing AND Installation experience.
- Common sense, troubleshooting skills and enjoys hands-on practical work.
- Must have a valid, clean driving license for 2 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic electrical skills.
- Whilst maintaining a high degree of personal hygiene Benefits
