Job Title: Plumber and Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: South East England
We are looking for an experienced/ Qualified Plumber with Water Hygiene Engineering experience to join our growing business here at Dakro Air & Water. We are based in the West Midlands, and have engineers based all over the UK to cover our client’s needs.
Salary Range:
£32,000 – £38,000pa +overtime opportunities - dependent upon skills and experience
Role Description:
We require experienced Plumbers with Water Hygiene experience, including a good level of knowledge of Legionella control and experience in the water hygiene industry, with self-initiative and the ability to work well within a team or on their own. They also will have efficient time management skills, and can work flexible hours for possible night or weekend shifts.
Tasks that you may encounter: Removal of dead legs, fitting TMV’s, Plumbing work, CWST Cleaning and replacement, Calorifier Disinfections, taking water samples, taking temperatures, Servicing and Operational Testing of TMV’s, cleaning and disinfection of showerheads, project work.
Training both internal and external will be provided throughout your career here at Dakro.
The role means you will be provided with a company phone, basic tools, company van, uniform and PPE.
Skills Required:
- Relevant Plumbing Qualification
- Good knowledge on Legionella Control
- Previous water industry experience
- Knowledge and experience with tools that will be needed on site
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Other Requirements:
- Requires Driving license
- Requires experience in the water industry
- Required to hold a CSCS Card (labourer Card Minimum)
- Basic knowledge of IT and smartphone use is essential (training provided)
