M and M Properties is looking for a Plumber to undertake a variety of tasks relating to the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems.

Duties:

• Repair or replace defective or damaged plumbing systems
• Install and maintain sinks, faucets, toilets, showerheads, water heaters etc.
• Repair and maintain bathtubs as well as the construction of new ones
• Install and maintain water supply systems, water heaters, hot water heaters etc.
• Locate and repair issues with plumbing materials, fixtures, equipment etc.
• Maintain records of installation and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance activities including fixing leaks and checking water levels.
• Conduct analysis to ensure that plumbing systems are clean and safe from infection.
• Repair or replace broken pipes when needed.
• Clean and disinfect pipes.
• Provide services or perform other duties as assigned by the company CEO.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a plumber
• Working knowledge of plumbing tools and methods (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, pipe burners etc.)
• Ability to handle pipes of various sizes and types.
• Good communication skills.
• A team player with good problem-solving skills.
• Very good physical condition and strength. Must be able to work on one's feet for extended periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
