Job description
An opportunity has arisen for a plumber to work with our established maintenance team.
This role is for response maintenance repairs, providing a plumbing service for construction and maintenance in domestic homes.
About The Role
- Professional delivery of all contracts
- Respond to routine and planned maintenance works
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to work deadlines
- Assist in new installations
- Diagnose and repair, faults on systems and plumbing
- Uphold Data Protection Policies
- Participate in overtime when required (including weekends)
Health & Safety:
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
- Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
- Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
- Observe & follow all manual handling practices
Required Criteria
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
- Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
- Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry
- Demonstrate experience working on Social Housing contracts.
- Full UK Driving License
