Duties of the Plumber will include:
- To work individually or as part of a team undertaking high quality installation, repair, refurbishment and replacement works including multi-skilled work.
- To be aware of and comply with relevant risk assessments, hazards and control measure to be used.
- Maintain effective communication with office team and managers, passing on job information, changes, concerns and problems.
Our plumbers should be trade competent in most of the following areas (not all are essential):
- Plumbing (City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Competent in first fix and drainage
- Competent in second fix and finishing work
- Attention to detail on finish is important
- Ability to work confidently on small sites
- Ability to work confidently in customers private homes
- Ability to work in high-end properties
- Good knowledge of health & safety
- General all-round building capability would be advantageous
Essential Requirements for Plumber
- Good standard of work
- 3+ years Experience
- Be able to cover all aspects of plumbing
- Have a positive can-do attitude
- Must be willing to learn and grow as a tradesperson
- High standard of communication skills, both written and oral
- High attention to detail and take pride in what they do
- Must be a team player
- Hold a full driving licence
- Full & Clear DBS check
