The Beginning of your Career with CFM:
Our Operational team is growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to come and join us here at CFM. As a Plumber you will be responsible for delivering response maintenance repairs, whilst delivery a first-class service to our customers. You will provide a plumbing service for construction and maintenance in domestic, commercial and industrial building, while upholding safety guidelines and complying with codes and regulations.
These are full-time permanent roles based at our depot in Mallusk (covering Mid & East Antrim Larne & Carrick area)

Responsibilities:
- Working on void and tenanted properties
- Residential plumbing and heating fault finding
- Installation of toilets, baths, basins, cold water storage systems, etc
- Legionella testing
- Carry out normal trade related daily duties and completing appointments issued through PDA system.
- To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Time served or appropriately qualified and be able to demonstrate relevant experience
- Knowledge of domestic and commercial plumbing systems
- Previous experience working within construction industry
- Valid CSR Card
- Full driving licence
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
