Maintenance Plumber and Heating Engineer

The role involves:

• All aspects of maintenance covering Plumbing, and Heating along with various trades including minor electrical which are required to maintain the running of the hotel, while working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.

The successful candidate will be:

• Qualified time served Plumbing and heating
• Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years desirable five years) Ideally within the hospitality / service sector.
• Good I.T. Skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various Heads of Departments
• Resourceful and self-motivated
• Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
• Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks.
