What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the head of Manufacturing and Engineering SU, the PLM Consultant role requires a consultant having 5 years minimum industry experience, capable of leading pre-sales and delivery of mid to complex PLM deployments. You will be supported by MHP Architects and technical resources in the solution design, technical delivery and customer engagement. The PLM consultant will also provide mentoring and development to junior delivery consultants as the team expands.

• able to work equally well from home, customer sites, MHP’s London office

• Possess a full UK driving licence.
• Have the ability to travel and support customer site activity as required.
• Be able to work with MHP Sales Team to present PLM technologies to potential customers.
• Have a general awareness of current IT infrastructures, ideally with a working knowledge of cloud based implementations.
• Have experience of PLM application configuration control and deployment practices

What we are looking for

• Must have a minimum 5 years PLM sales / implementation experience as a PLM consultant for mid to large consulting organizations using either the Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE or Siemens TEAMCENTER PLM products.
• Working Knowledge of IT current IT architectures including cloud based applications.
• Experience of ERP / PLM Change management
• Experience of ERP / PLM integration
• Ideally have working knowledge of PLM integrations with either the Siemens (NX) or Dassault (CATIA / DELMIA) CAD toolsets.
• Mandatory experience in the UK market in Automotive, Aerospace or electronics industries.
• Experience of training delivery is a definite plus factor.
• Adaptability - our work is varied so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in what they do and can ‘get stuck in’.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
