JOB TITLE: Play & Youth Worker

DEPARTMENT: Service Team

LOCATION: Richmond

CONTRACT TYPE: Part Time – SATURDAYS ONLY.

SALARY RANGE: Starting From £11.95

HOUR PER WEEK: 8 Hours Per Week – Saturdays 9:30am - 5:30pm.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES –

Challengers is searching for some engaging and passionate Play & Youth Workers to join our Richmond Play & Youth Schemes. Supported by our dedicated team of Service Managers, you will play and engage in a range of exciting and engaging activities, working directly with disabled young people. Your role is to ensure the young people who attend our schemes have as much fun as possible in the safest way possible.

You’ll be great if you:

  • Are energetic and enthusiastic
  • Enjoy being playful and working with children
  • Have experience with working with disabled young people – although this is not essential as we provide you with thorough training.
  • Are resilient
  • Have a sense of joy
