Rebos is a Family Destination - Shop, Eat, Drink, Play - all under one roof, right at the heart of Boston town centre. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Play Assistants to join our team. You must be enthusiastic about working with children, and their parents and care givers. Full time and Part time positions available.
Responsibilities :
- Welcoming and greeting guests, parents and children & ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed.
- Communicating effectively to all guests, the rules of soft play sessions etc, and enforcing them.
- Ensure accurate completion of all daily checks
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene & cleanliness
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Operating our booking system and POS system
- Dealing with and resolving guest queries
You will need:
- Proven excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility & adaptability
- Great teamworking
- Outstanding communication skills
- Energy, motivation, a great attitude and a big smile.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Efficient and quick when carrying out tasks
- Fun & friendly, able to work on their own
- Able to adapt behaviour to different situations
- Able to generate ideas to drive sales or improve standards
- Confident in using IT solutions, such as Tills and Booking Systems
- Ideally have a First Aid Certificate.
Various Hours / Shifts available
Salary - Up to £10.42 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
