JOB TITLE: Platform Support Analyst
SALARY: £29,669 - £31,230
LOCATION(S): Dundee
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Dundee site.
About this opportunity:
As a Platform Support Analyst, you will be providing 2nd level support across the Embark Group software applications.
Key accountabilities:
  • Supporting the development and deployment of processes and procedures
  • Providing operational and technical support of platform systems
  • Point of contact for the Business for technical issues, owning and providing updates
  • Developing data and / or configuration fixes where appropriate
  • Root cause analysis
  • Adherence to change and configuration management process
  • Perform proactive monitoring and event management to reduce the impact of incidents

  • Understanding of key Platform components
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Development background is desirable
  • Understanding of SQL Server and SSIS packages
