Job description
We are looking for a Plant Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in a containerised Bioenergy system.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed
- Monitor Bioenergy generation & Biochar production processes to ensure system reliability and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- IOSH or equivalent
- Previous experience operating industrial boilers or machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (15kg)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills.
