The Retail Finance Division is at the heart of Lloyds Banking Group's strategy to “Help Britain Prosper”.

  • Support the team in maintaining integrity of the Retail ledger and control of the Chart of Accounts. Building upon your abilities to review and challenge and will become one of the official approvers for the Retail Division.
  • Work closely with colleagues to handle the BAU Retail structure change process, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales whilst bringing a growth mindset to find optimisations and efficiencies where appropriate.
  • We will support you to build an understanding of sophisticated requirements to enable you to perform robust impact assessments on change requests, becoming an SME regarding the overall impact to both Retail and the Group.
  • Be part of a team that represents Retail at Group level to provide oversight on other division’s submissions via the relevant Working Groups.
  • Maintain visibility over wider finance projects, ensuring knowledge of the restructure process is communicated and understood.
  • You’ll also provide assistance to the Divisional Consolidation section of the team during their lively periods, as they’ll assist with our workload during peak times.
What do we need from you?
Good understanding of the ledger and chart of accounts hierarchies, finance systems and processes. Demonstrate keen attention to detail to be able to identify risks and impacts. Excellent partners management skills building networks, challenge & influence effectively. Ability to plan and prioritise activities and ensure delivery to tight project results

We work in hybrid ways which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of their time at one of our office sites.
