As a Planning Assistant, you will work with experienced colleagues on a wide range of projects in both Strategic Planning and Development Management teams. Your work will include the RTPI award winning Stamford Hill Area Action Plan, our Future Shoreditch Plan and new Supplementary Planning Documents, all designed to deliver our strategic vision to ensure that Hackney is a place where everyone has the opportunity to benefit from growth.

We are looking for an individual who is team focused and dedicated to the delivery of high quality services in tight timeframes. You should have a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills. The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, prepare clear and concise reports and occasionally step out of your comfort zone with the support of the team would be definite advantages for this post.
