Planning Administrator
Location: Crick
Contract Type: 18 months Fixed Term
Pay: £27,400
Hours: 40 per week: Sunday to Thursday

Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
Show commitment to health and safety, equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practices in employment and service provision
Have an understanding of the needs for confidentiality and compliance with service regimes.
Demonstrate the ability to develop strong relationships and encourages teamwork
Have good numerical and analytical skills paying strong attention to details
Have experience in using Transport Management systems
Are PC literate with experience of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Have the ability to work under pressure and flexible in their approach
Health & Safety - commitment to safety
Understands, encourages and complies with company/site safety policies and procedures. Completes all required training and takes personal responsibility for the safety of themselves and others
What you’ll be doing
Communicating effectively to internal and external customers
Manipulating supplier loading / collection plans
Booking in deliveries
Communicating plans to hauliers & backhaul teams
Completion of volume and cost reports
Producing kpi’s
This list is not exhaustive and you may be required to undertake any other duties deemed appropriate by your line manager to facilitate the smooth running of the depot
