MIS Planning Administrator
Full-time | Permanent | £20,103 - £21,889
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the College.
You must have:
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with complex information, identifying problems and delivering effective solutions
- Good organisational skills coupled with the ability to operate efficiently under pressure at peak times
- Experience in meeting deadlines, working on own initiative, and overcome difficulties to get jobs completed
- Be flexible and adaptable
Your main responsibilities:
- To assist the Head of MIS, Timetabling & Admissions in the collection, input, maintenance and analysis of Curriculum plans
- To oversee the Planning cycle, scheduling meetings and recording agreed outcomes to ensure delivery to plan
- Assist with producing detailed and summary information as part of the routine
internal data checking and audit procedures
- Organise and deliver in-house training to college staff on the curriculum planning software as required
