Planet Doughnut Store Manager
We need someone who excels in sales and customer service but is driven and can lead both our teams in Telford and Shrewsbury as a multi-site manager.
You will lead and motivate your teams to beat sales and service targets ensuring your teams are engaged with the store and company at all times. Combined with this, you will use your local knowledge to maximise sales opportunities and profit in both stores.
You will enjoy being part of the community and know your customers by name making the store a friendly place to visit.

We are looking for the following qualities
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and standards.
* Excellent team leader skills, with the ability to coach and mentor to get the best out of your teams. The ability to manage 2 stores and keep on top of stock, sales and targets.
* Have a passion for doughnuts and desserts, and making beautiful coffee.
The Shrewsbury store is currently open 7 days a week, 9am-5:30pm and runs late evenings till 10pm on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Telford is open 7 days a week 9am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 9am-8pm Thursday and Sunday 10am-4pm.

Salary is up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience
