Placement Coordinator
PAS - School of Allied Health & Community, School of Nursing & Midwifery and School of Psychology
The University of Worcester offers a range of healthcare programmes including nursing, midwifery, therapy, and radiography. The role sits within our Professional Administrative Service (PAS) for the Placement Support Team – Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health. We work in collaboration with NHS trusts, GP practices, and private sector placement areas across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as a Placement Co-ordinator.
We are seeking an experienced administrator/co-ordinator who will be responsible for planning placement allocations and a range of related functions, including employer liaison, planning schedules, student advice and guidance, and maintaining the placement database. This is a busy role with a complex workload and would suit someone with an aptitude for planning and with great attention to detail.

The role is based at our St Johns campus. After the probation period, hybrid working is a possibility (typically 1-2 days per week). A flexi-time scheme is in operation.
From 1 August 2023, the salary range for this role will increase to £22,681 - £24,533, with the opportunity to progress to £25,742.
