Papa Johns Pizza Northampton are looking for enthusiastic instore team members who are passionate and driven with fantastic team work ethics. Working as a Team Member in Papa John's you will be part of the overall Kitchen Team, making sure that our customers always have fantastic customer service and freshly baked pizzas and side orders to Papa John's brand standards in a way that is friendly, efficient and exceeds their expectations. Other aspects of the role include: Carrying out food preparation, Being up to date with product knowledge and marketing initiatives, using the computer system to take orders, payments and give change, to adhere to all company rules concerning security of cash.
As part of a Team Members role you will need to make sure that the store and equipment are cleaned to a high standard at all times and maintain food hygiene and health and safety standards to ensure the safety of all customers, yourself and other team members. You will need some customer service experience, perhaps as a sales or retail assistant, crew member or in a similar kind of role. What really matters is that you are a hard worker who’s always willing to get stuck in and support your team. Excellent communication skills are a must too, plus plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a passion for providing a superb customer experience. Required education:
- Secondary education
Required experience:
- Retail Sales: 1 year
- Fast Food: 1 year Preferred
- Customer Service: 1 year Preferred
- Food Preparation: 1 year Preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-25 per week
Salary: Up to £9.50 per hour
