Professional Pizzaiolo to join our team and work in a very loved, popular pizzeria on the island, serving Neapolitan Pizzas, starters and desserts.Ideal Candidate* Knowledge and skills in making dough, opening and the fermentation process* Be confident communicating with suppliers, ordering and preparing ingredients* The ability to work in a fast paced busy environment* Be Versatile and work well with your team* Keep up to date with Food & Hygiene certificates* Kitchen experience is essentialWorking days is Monday - Saturday evenings with prep work in the day.
