We're looking for experienced Pizza Chefs to work in a busy kitchen on a fixed term contract.Full and part time hours available.Dates: 8th November - 7th January.Responsibilities include:Prepping ingredients and ensuring the kitchen is ready for daily serviceMaking the pizzas from scratchPreparing and stretching the doughsEnsuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times, keeping all work areas clean and tidyManage a small team of kitchen staff, including preppers and KPs.Manging the kitchen in the absence of the head chefWork collaboratively with the FOH team.The ideal candidate should:Have a minimum level 2 food hygiene certificateHave previous pizza chef experience and know how to use a pizza ovenBe confident working under pressure in a busy kitchenBe available for the dates mentioned aboveBe hard-working, flexible, motivated and a dedicated professionalHave ambition to succeed and be a team playerPlease note, as we receive such a high volume of applications we may not be able to get back to you personally, however will endeavour to get in touch should we think your details are suitableJob Types: Temporary contract, Part-time, Full-timeSalary: £15.25 per hourBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionGym membershipApplication question(s):Are you available for the duration of the event?
