DESCRIPTION
At Sava, we are hiring for a highly motivated Pilot Manufacturing Operator position to support production and development of biosensors. The role will include (but not limited to) assembly, documentation, measurements, testing, spray coating, precision tasks, and working with robotic equipment. Your job is to provide all the required technical support to enable production to function effectively, while adhering to correct procedures and health and safety guidelines.
This opportunity will allow you to learn a wide variety of transferable skills at an extremely fast pace. Working closely with the science and engineering teams. Sava will provide adequate training for the role.
Logistics:
- Position: full time
- Pay Range: £20-24K per year (depending on experience)
- Location: central London (onsite)
- Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30-7pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform manufacturing duties (assembly, testing, documentation)
- Implement 5S on the manufacturing line
- Keep production space and equipment tidy
- Organize and label tools, materials, and equipment
- Recommend improvements in process, fixtures or equipment (look for defects in product made)
- Ensure the manufacturing lab is well-stocked and resourced
PAST EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Experience in manufacturing environment (High, medium or low volume)
- Experience in clean room
REQUIREMENTS
- University education not required
