We are an exclusive reformer Pilates studio based in London, and we are excited to announce the opening of our first international location in Kuwait. We cater to a diverse clientele ranging from supermodels and actors to Olympic athletes, and we are passionate about promoting holistic health and helping clients find self-compassion and self-acceptance to become the best version of themselves. Our studio provides private and semi-private sessions, with a strong emphasis on technique and accuracy, working on isolated muscle groups one at a time to extend them all with deliberate, slow motions.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. Our mission is to inspire and empower individuals to lead healthier and more balanced lives through our comprehensive range of fitness classes and personalized training programs.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Reformer Pilates classes for clients of various fitness levels and abilities, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Develop and tailor personalized Reformer Pilates programs to suit individual client needs and goals.
- Continuously monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure they remain challenging and effective.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed, supported, and motivated in their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in studio events and promotions, actively engaging with clients to build a strong and vibrant fitness community.
- Attend professional development and training sessions, continually expanding your knowledge and skills in Reformer Pilates and overall fitness.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Reformer Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (e.g., BASI, STOTT, or equivalent qualification).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and schedules effectively.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
