Picking & Packing - Production Operatives

Wicked Brick is the world's leading manufacturer of acrylic display solutions for pop culture collectibles. We are looking for Picker & Packers to join our amazing team and improve our production. We strive for operational excellence and perfection in our work.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure that daily production and quality targets are met within the work area.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently
• The ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks.
• Good attendance and timekeeping record.
• Ensuring good housekeeping duties are carried out and work stations are a safe work environment.
• Ability to cope with changes in demands and circumstances.
• As a Packing operative you will be flexible in assignments as positions may vary from time to time including, sorting, picking, packing dispatch, labelling and palletising
• Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures in the work area are observed and followed and that relevant PPE is worn at all times.
• Working to achieve daily targets in a fast paced environment.
• Preparing outgoing goods for courier collections.
• Palletising items for shipment.
• Picking products from our warehouse.
• Picking and packing items throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery.
• Liaising with colleagues and Shift Managers to ensure efficiency.
• Sorting and placing materials onto racks and shelves.
• Supporting new members to the team.

Hours

We have a rotating two week shift pattern available.

• Rotating Day Shift - Monday to Friday - one week 6am to 2pm / 1.45pm to 10pm (8 hour shift)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £21,500.00-£23,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
