Trak Employment Solutions are looking for x12 Picker/Packers ongoing to work for our prestigious client based in Andover. Lifting of 15kg-25kg will be required so you must be comfortable with this. Electric and manual pump trucks are provided.This role is to start in September.Shifts and pay06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 rotating weekly from £10.84 per hour Monday-FridayOvertime Rates where applicableDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo safeguard customers products creating an environment that ensures customers can rely upon safe storage and timely dispatch of raw and finished goods placed in our care.To always work in a way that safeguards both your personal safety and the safety of all who work in the warehouseAccurate completion of all paperwork required to run the contracts with our customers to their complete satisfactionUnpackaging and packaging of customers productsStorage and dispatch of raw and finished productsOther tasks in support of the warehouse operation as directed/requested.Responsible for highlighting any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage issues to your Manager.Completion of necessary process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner (QC Checks).KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIESThe ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet trucks and fork lift vehiclesBasic PC literacy and the ability to use the systems applicable to the warehouse or the capability to use them after suitable training.Knowledge of the safe systems of work specified for the warehouse and of the H&S policies/procedures that apply to the company premises and its operationsAbility to work in a small team and with minimal supervision to consistently produce results that hit the targets agreed with our customers or set by the companyGood numeracy and literacy skillsSPECIAL REQUIREMENTSTo understand the need for, and always use, the Safety equipment providedWillingness to participate in other development and training opportunitiesIf you are interested, please apply nowJob Types: Temporary contract, Full-timeSalary: £10.84 per hourBenefits:Free parkingOn-site parkingFlexible Language Requirement:English not requiredSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Andover: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Application question(s):Are you able to rotate weekly 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm?Work Location: In personReference ID: Pick/And
