Our Picker/Packer plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient distribution of warehouse deliveries and arrivals. Working closely with the warehouse operational staff, you will be responsible for selecting, bundling, and organizing products from the warehouse. Your role will involve preparing these products for loading onto delivery trucks, which will be sent to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle pick tickets/orders from warehouse management/staff to retrieve items from warehouse inventory.
- Use RF guns and other electronic equipment as necessary.
- Physically retrieve warehouse items based on specified requirements such as number, size, color, quantity, and quality.
- Compare and inspect the physical items pulled with the requirements stated on the pick ticket/order.
- Pack and wrap orders according to item/delivery type, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Transport orders to shipping locations/bins/docks using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Ensure orders are staged correctly for each delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment in adherence to established safety guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse security and safety.
- May assist in placing incoming items in inventory.
- Participate in conducting warehouse inventory counts as required.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience in scanning and sorting outgoing stock.
- Proficiency in pulling, packing, and loading.
- Familiarity with receiving, stocking, and stacking.
- Willingness to adapt to varying roles and embrace challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
- Fluent English is a must.

- 28 days (including bank holidays) of paid annual leave
