Picker and Packer
£10.42 per hour
Monday – Friday (32.5 hour week) working 8am – 3pm (could be a 9am start for the right person). No weekends.
Brackmills, Northampton. Based on-site.

Match Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. This is a light lifting – physical role, where you will be standing and mobile and not sat down at a desk. You’ll need to be comfortable being physically active during your shift. Good numeracy skills are vital requirement for this role too.
Summary of what your role will look like:
· Picking order using picking locations
· Picking in the fridge (this should be no more than 1 hour per day but you will need to be in there to complete the task. You can wear appropriate clothing such as hat and gloves etc)
· Counting the correct quantities into the trays
· Supporting packing if required
