Rotational Physiotherapist

We offer rotations through Community Integrated Neuro & Stroke Services (CINSS); Discharge to Assess; Reablement; and Planned Community Therapy. On each rotation you will join an integrated team with specialist knowledge in their area of expertise.
You may be recently qualified, fancy a change in career direction, or are returning to practice. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in delivering effective clinically reasoned interventions which will make a positive difference to patients’ lives.
This will broaden your clinical practice and challenge your ways of working in a wide range of conditions and environments. Your development will be supported by regular clinical supervision from experienced Physiotherapists, a robust in-service training program, peer supervision and compassionate clinical leadership.

You will be assessing patients in their own homes or in temporary or permanent residential or nursing care to maximise and empower rehabilitation potential, return to baseline, supporting self-management and adjustment to living life differently moving forward.
You will be able to provide timely assessment of the patient’s needs, set appropriate patient-centred goals and put plans in place for their ongoing management.
Caseload management is supported by delegation to dedicated Assistant Practitioners and Technical Instructors. You will be integral to support the development of our unregistered workforce.
As part Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust you will join an integrated team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologist, Dietician and Assistant Practitioners, Rehab Technicians and Care Navigation who liaise directly with Social Services, GPs and the wider community sectors.
