Responsibilities:Band 5, £27,055 - £32,934 per annum
37.5 hours per week
We are looking to recruit a full-time band 5 Physiotherapist.
This post could be for you if you are looking for a challenging role and are able to provide high quality therapy within our highly skilled and forward thinking multi-disciplinary teams. You will actively be involved in the admissions, discharges and therapy planning process with an individual.
The bed-based units provide multi-disciplinary care for older people in order to support care closer to home. Our aim is to enable our patients to reach their maximum level of independence, return home where possible and prevent acute hospital admission. The bed bases are at Ings Grove House in Mirfield and Moorlands Grange in Huddersfield and the services cover 7 days a week.
Excellent interpersonal skills will be required to communicate with a range of professionals, services, patients and carers. A flexible attitude is imperative, as well as an understanding of person-centered care and treating patients with dignity & respect.
