Job Description

My client is a hugely successful designer who is currently taking the world by storm with their innovative designs and we are looking for a hugely successful PA to support them in both a business and personal capacity.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and will offer incredible exposure to one of the world’s most exclusive industries. The role will be varied, fast paced and will even involve global travel.

Duties will include:

Complex diary management – managing an array of last minute changes and requests
Complex international travel management for both business and personal
Preparing the principal for meetings
Acting as a gatekeeper and buffer to maximise time efficiency
Creating and maintaining internal processes and protocols
Logistics and operations for events
Ad hoc personal errands such as personal shopping
Organising household staff

This role would suit a candidate with experience working for a high-flying CEO or director. We are looking for someone who is used to working at pace and is able to travel abroad often with a small amount of notice. Polish, gravitas and resilience is a must!
