Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing operation aspects of athletic training contract, and providing
sports medicine education to staff. Under direct supervision of a licensed therapist,
provides delegated treatments to NEBH patients in conformance with instructions of the
therapist and the policies of the department and New England Baptist Hospital.
Works within general instructions and procedures. Work is monitored by supervisor/manager.
Follows precedents and procedures to perform tasks. May set priorities and organize work within general guidelines. Seeks assistance when confronted with difficult and/or unpredictable situations. Work progress is monitored by supervisor/manager.
Sets goals and determines how to accomplish defined results with some guidelines. Manager/Director provides broad guidance and overall direction.
