PHP (OOP) / Laravel Developer - 35-50K
- For developers with at least some commercial experience; preferably in API and service development
- Laravel knowledge preferred, but not required
- In-house product development; no end-users to deal with

We're a successful transport/travel sector business with a small but expanding in-house development team. Our current systems include:
- Public Websites & Internal Portals
- Automated Routing, Quotation & Assignment
- Mapping & Geographical Functionality
- High-Volume Messaging
- Reporting & Evaluation
We are currently building a suite of Microservices to supplement and replace existing business functionality.
We require PHP/Laravel developers to join our expanding team in developing these new services; in many cases greenfield Laravel API applications.
You'll be working directly with the two experienced full-stack developers responsible for creating our Microservices architecture.
Depending on your level of expertise (particularly with Laravel), you may be:
- Working within established and well-documented Laravel application templates to create new services
- Enhancing our architecture, packages and application templates
- Mentoring junior developers in PHP and Laravel development
Our team is predominantly full-stack and there are various opportunities to also get involved in front-end development if desired.
The position is primarily office based, with the option of a couple days each week worked remotely.
To be suitable, you will have worked on PHP OOP projects in a commercial setting (preferably Laravel) and have an excellent grasp of core programming principles.
