photographer / floorplanner / videography / domestic energy assessment
Due to the expansion of our team, we are currently seeking applications from photographers/videogarphers located in north west / Yorkshire
Property Photography experience and/or qualifications are mandatory and strong customer service skills are key.
The successful candidates will be fully trained to produce a diverse range of marketing products including interior and exterior photographs, Matterport 3D showcases, video tours, drone, detailed floor plans and energy performance certificates. Lens Media Limited provides a comprehensive training programme and ongoing development opportunities to all candidates.
We offer an outstanding salary package, which includes a competitive basic salary (dependent on experience) and a performance related bonus structure. The role also comes with a mileage allowance, mobile phone and full photographic equipment.
Ideally you will come from a property photography background
Experience drawing floorplans is desirable
Domestic energy assessment qualification is desirable
You will be degree qualified or have a photography work history
Be ambitious, hardworking and have a friendly manner
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Have a proven track record of excellent customer service in fast-paced environments
Be self-motivated, flexible and have a can-do attitude
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Enjoy working independently
Have a full clean driving licence
