Job description
Photography Sales position with Olive Tree Photography - Basic salary of £20,020 - £23,000 with an additional £700 bonus per month for hitting sales targets.
We are looking for someone who is very bubbly and can connect with our clients to give them a meaningful experience with our studio. You will be trained how to design wall art for our clients using latest software and upsell where possible. Our business very much tries to focus on the customer experience and so you would need to be presentable at all times and always looking for ways in which we can improve their time with us.
Sales will be the main part of this role but you will also be trained to take bookings via phone, social media, editing, and day to day duties within the studio. In addition to this you may be selected to become one of our family photographers - full training will be given but studio experience will be a benefit.
As mentioned, there will be a bonus attached to this role which will be £700 per month for hitting monthly sales target and then 2% of all sales after that target.
Working days will be Tuesday - Saturday 9.00-17.00 with an hour for lunch at 13.00-14.00.
28 Days holiday per year.
