The B-Hive is our in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap and Glory, Liz Earle and Boots.
We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.
We’re looking for a Photographer/Retoucher to join the Image Team in the B-Hive, our award-winning internal creative and production agency, based in Nottingham.
About the role:
Working at the heart of the B-Hive you will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders across the business, photographing and editing a wide range of imagery from product photography used online and in-store to model and lifestyle photography.

We’re looking for a Photographer/Retoucher to join the Image Team in the B-Hive, our award-winning internal creative and production agency, based in Nottingham.
About the role:
Working at the heart of the B-Hive you will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders across the business, photographing and editing a wide range of imagery from product photography used online and in-store to model and lifestyle photography.
- Shoot product, model and lifestyle imagery for use in-store and online, both in studio and on location.
- Take RAW product photography and perform retouch to a high standard that can be printed large-format for use in-store.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external teams across the business to deliver on a wide range of briefs.
- Managing your day-to-day workload with the ability to react to tight deadlines.
About you:
- Comprehensive hands on experience of photography within a studio environment using studio lighting and using Capture One software.
- 2 years + experience of image retouching using Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to conceptualise and art direct photoshoots without supervision.
- Previous experience of a similar role working within a commercial environment required
