THE ROLE:

• Capture high-quality images for our products associated with our 18 brands, ranging from football, cricket, hockey, golf, clothing, furniture and much more. Ensure accurate representation of products, highlighting key features, textures, and details. Maintain our brand consistency in style, lighting, and composition across all product and lifestyle photography.
• Photograph our elite partners at live training sessions and directed photoshoots. We want dynamic, explosive, and exciting lifestyle images of our partners using our products.
• You can direct talent, models, and sports teams to get the shot you want.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing team to develop and execute photography concepts that align with our brands and marketing objectives. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal of our product listings.
• Work confidently in photography orientated adobe creative cloud software such as, photoshop and Lightroom.
• You’ll be working closely with our in-house editing team who will edit your photos ready for the website, being able to communicate your vision of photos is key.
• You are responsible for the management of equipment whilst out on location shoots or in studio environments. This includes the upkeep of equipment and ensuring it’s always ready and in working order.
• Organise photoshoots with models, talent or players, select props and equipment needed for the shoot. These shoots change daily, one day it can be football, the next gym equipment. You are adaptable creatively for the best outcome for each market. And importantly create detailed scheduled to hit deadlines.
