Job description
You will be working with large well known companies in the industry as it moves and grows into a more innovative and forward thinking approach to marketing. With the new technology we have developed we aim to utilise virtual reality as an immersive experience and marketing tool.
We have full time as well as a freelance positions available, with many opportunities for learning and progression.
Potential working hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and you will liaise with our bookings office to confirm jobs and timings.
Very rarely weekend work may be required.
Job Summary
You will be working independently, visiting a variety of fantastic locations to photograph, draw up floor-plans, and create virtual reality viewings of the properties.
You will primarily be working in and around the London area travelling between appointments by car, and must be open to travelling further if required.
You must have a professional and friendly manner as well as excellent time keeping and communication skills.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates must have previous experience sketching floor-plans to RICS standards, an example sketch must be provided at the interview stage.
- Candidates must have at least 1 years experience in property photography. A portfolio of 12 property images will be required with your application. Any applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- You must be highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- All applicants must have a valid drivers lisence and access to their own vehicle.
- Candidates must be able to "hit the ground running" so prior experience is essential.
- Freelancers must have their own equipment to include: a full frame DSLR, wide angle lens, tripod, remote flash and laser measure.

All training for operating the virtual tour equipment will be provided.

Pay will be on a per job basis- hourly rate given is based on standard time required to do one medium sized property.
